Return & Refund Policy
Due to the medical and diagnostic nature of our products, our return policy is strictly designed to protect customer safety and adhere to health regulations.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-opened, completely sealed in its original manufacturer packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note: Any medical supplies, diagnostic strips, or accessories with broken factory seals or opened boxes cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to health and safety regulations.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Navigate to our Start a Return Page and complete the request form with your order number and the specific reason for the return.

If your return is authorized, our support team will follow up via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

Pack the item securely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package. Returns sent without an active RMA number will not be processed.
3. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was shipped by our warehouse.
4. Refund Process & Timeline

Inspection: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to verify the manufacturer seals are intact. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns & HSA/FSA Reimbursements: Upon approval, your refund will be processed directly back to the standard payment method (credit/debit card) used at checkout. Please note that if you have already submitted your original invoice to your health benefit administrator (HSA/FSA) for manual reimbursement, it is your responsibility to notify your plan administrator of the return to maintain compliance with IRS regulations. If your original payment account has been closed, a non-refundable Store Credit will be issued instead.

Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
