Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our facility.

Signature Requirements: For high-value equipment or large bulk orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the package is received securely.

Refused Deliveries & Return-to-Sender: If a package is refused at delivery or marked "Return to Sender" by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, it cannot be automatically refunded. Because our inventory is subject to strict medical safety standards, all items must still be verified as unopened and factory-sealed. These instances will be processed under our standard Refund Policy, and any return shipping fees or restocking costs incurred may be deducted from your final credit.
