  • Insurance: We do not participate in or process claims for private health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.

  • HSA/FSA Reimbursement: We do not accept HSA or FSA debit cards directly at checkout. However, because our medical supplies may be eligible for coverage, we provide an itemized invoice with every order. You may submit this invoice manually to your HSA/FSA plan administrator for reimbursement. You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase complies with your specific plan's eligibility rules. store4diabetics.com cannot guarantee approval by your plan administrator.

  • Payment Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the full payment of all orders at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods.

To initiate a return, you must submit an online request to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items shipped back without an active RMA number will not be processed or credited.
